I looked first in Italy & the USA but nothing was available except in collections until by some remarkable luck & help from a contact friend in Italy who put me on to a collector in Britain who knew of a example for sale , which amazingly turned out to be here in Britain !!..so a deal was struck & here it is..  | | | |
